We are a Mexican, queer, women-owned small business rooted in Detroit’s Eastern Market. Our mission is to share the beauty, joy, and richness of Mexican culture while supporting artisans through Fair Trade practices. We work directly with indigenous makers across Mexico to bring you authentic, handcrafted folk art. Every piece reflects tradition, creativity, and the hands that lovingly create it. When you shop with us, you’re not just buying a beautiful handmade piece — you’re helping preserve craft traditions and uplift the families who keep them alive. Thank you for being part of this community and for supporting the families and stories behind every handmade piece ♡.
Learn MoreDiana and Paola have the kindest hearts and work hard to make their customers feel valued. Their products are all carefully hand crafted and beautifully colorful. I have gotten the chance to build a bond with these ladies and learn more about the artisans in Mexico that make their livelihood off of these handmade goods. They regularly have new arrivals and a wide variety of products. I love that each order comes with a free little extra gift too!
I've been shopping with Paola and Diana for over six months, the products are great quality, they are super friendly, honest and willing to work with their customers. I would absolutely love to visit them in person and can't wait to do so!! Below are only very few items I've purchased and gifts i received from these lovely ladies 🖤
This store is spectacular! It has been awesome to watch Diana and Paola progress from a stand at Eastern Market to a colorful, well-designed brick and mortar store across the street. They are proud and passionate about their culture and their energy is infectious! I especially love the leather bags and purses (I have quite a few). Every item is handmade and has a story. This store is a must-see if you are at the market!
